The YX/ZGQ-xx type burner developed by our company has a straight and powerful flame, the flame size matches the layout of the furnace tube, and has good radiation uniformity. Most of the burners are natural air supply, and an air inlet muffler needs to be added. The burner of the styrene steam superheating furnace generally adopts the flat flame type, the main fuel is the self-produced dehydrogenation tail gas or the hydrocarbon tail gas, and the insufficient part is supplemented by the pipe network gas.
