The top burner of the reformer for hydrogen production, methanol and synthetic ammonia is a new generation burner designed and manufactured by our group company. It has the characteristics of reliable operation, safety and low energy consumption. The hydrogen production reformer, methanol reformer and first-stage ammonia synthesis reformer are generally double-sided radiant vertical tube heating furnaces, which are reaction heating furnaces. About m, the combustion is uniform and sufficient, and the furnace tube layout cannot be overheated. The main fuel is the self-produced slack gas, which has a low calorific value (about 8400KJ/Nm3) and low pressure (the pressure before the burner is lower than 0.02Mpa(G)), and the insufficient heat is supplemented by refinery gas or natural gas. Combustion-supporting air is generally preheated air with higher temperature.
